Logging In

  • From our website

  • Click on Login and you will be redirected to our Login page

Click on Login and you will be redirected to our Logging page

  • From our Login page

  • Enter your email address and password

  • We recommend you check the box to Save your login information

  • Click the Log In button

  • If you forgot your password, click on Reset Password

  • Enter your email address

  • Click on Send Link You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password If you continue to experience login issues even after resetting your password, please refer to the "Troubleshooting Login Issues" section below for additional guidance.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you encounter login issues, follow this guide to troubleshoot and resolve common problems.

General Steps for Troubleshooting

  • Refresh Your Browser: Sometimes, a simple refresh can resolve temporary glitches.

  • Clear Your Cache and Cookies: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can fix issues caused by outdated or corrupt files.

  • Restart Your Computer: Rebooting can resolve many device-level issues that interfere with login.

Organization-Wide Single Sign-On (SSO) Issues If you are using Single Sign-On (SSO) and your credentials are active but you still cannot log in, it may be an issue on the organization's side.Follow these steps:

  • Check with Your IT Team: Contact your organization’s IT department to investigate your organizations SSO settings or other related issues.

Device-Specific Login Problems If you believe the login issue is unique to your computer, perform the following steps:

  • Complete the general troubleshooting steps outlined above.

  • Verify whether the issue is device-specific by attempting to log in from another device or browser.

  • If the issue persists, inform ClearPoint support for further assistance.

Escalating Unresolved Login Issues If troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue:

  • Contact ClearPoint Support: Provide as much detail as possible about the problem and mention the steps you’ve already tried.

  • Work with Your IT Department: For SSO issues.

Managing Profile

Once you are logged into ClearPoint, you can manage your profile by clicking on the circle icon at the top right of your screen

  • Select Edit Profile

  • You will be able to manage different aspects of your profile, such as: Language, Timezone or set up your Profile picture

  • Navigate to the Security tab

  • Here you can update your Password

  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication

  • Once you are done, Click Save
