Logging In
From our website
Click on Login and you will be redirected to our Login page
From our Login page
Enter your email address and password
We recommend you check the box to Save your login information
Click the Log In button
If you forgot your password, click on Reset Password
Enter your email address
Click on Send Link
You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password
Managing Profile
Once you are logged into ClearPoint, you can manage your profile by clicking on the circle icon at the top right of your screen
Select Edit Profile
You will be able to manage different aspects of your profile, such as: Language, Timezone or set up your Profile picture
Navigate to the Security tab
Here you can update your Password
Enable Two-Factor Authentication
Once you are done, Click Save
