ClearPoint's default Summary Reports provide a quick and easy way to monitor organizational performance. They serve as a reliable source of information that can help you identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions. These reports cannot be modified or removed.
Scorecard Summary Reports
Select Scorecards & Elements from the Control Panel
Choose Manage Reports
Click on Scorecard Reports
Scorecard
Shows the Scorecard’s categories, Objectives, Measures and Initiatives in a grid view. Objectives must be linked to a perspective and Measures and Initiatives must be linked to an Objective in order to show up here.
Default Grid
Shows the Scorecard’s Objectives, Measures and Initiatives in a grid view. Measures and Initiatives must be linked to an Objective to show up here.
Objectives Summary Reports
Select Scorecards & Elements from the Control Panel
Choose Manage Reports
Click on Objective Reports
Objectives
Shows all Objectives in the Scorecard in a grid view, along with their Owner, Reporting Period, and Analysis and Recommendations for the current period.
Alignment Matrix
Shows all objectives in the scorecard in a grid view, along with any child objectives located in other scorecards. Learn more about creating an alignment matrix summary report here!
Measure Alignment
Shows all Objectives in the Scorecard in a grid view, along with any Measures linked to child Objectives in other Scorecards.
Initiative Alignment
Shows all Objectives in the Scorecard in a grid view, along with any Initiatives linked to child Objectives in other Scorecards.
Measures Summary Reports
Select Scorecards & Elements from the Control Panel
Choose Manage Reports
Click on Measure Reports
Measures
Shows all Measures in the Scorecard in a grid view, along with their Owner, Reporting Period, and Analysis and Recommendations for the current period.
Dashboard
Shows all charts associated with the Measures in the Scorecard.
Alignment Matrix
Shows all Measures in the Scorecard in a grid view, along with any child Measures located in other Scorecards.

Initiatives
Shows all Initiatives in the Scorecard in a grid view, along with their owner, Reporting Period, Start and End Date, and Milestones.
Gantt Chart
Displays Initiatives and Milestones in a Gantt Chart format, which shows their Status color, Percent Complete, and Start and End Dates.
Alignment Matrix
Shows all Initiatives in the Scorecard in a grid view, along with any child Initiatives located in other Scorecards.
Action Items Summary Reports

Choose Manage Reports
Click on Action Item Reports
Action Items
Shows all Action Items in the Scorecard in a grid view, along with their Owner, Reporting Period, and any comments for this period.
