Ask Me Anything
The Ask Me Anything feature provides instant insights by answering data-related questions in natural language.
How to Use
Open the Analysis & Recommendations pod in ClearPoint.
Select Ask Me Anything.
Type your question, such as:
"What are the key trends in this scorecard?"
"How did our KPIs change over the last quarter?"
"What factors contributed to this performance drop?"
The AI Assistant will generate a response based on the available data.
Review the insights and incorporate them into your analysis.
Example Use Cases:
Quickly get an AI-generated summary of key trends before a strategy meeting.
Ask AI why a specific metric is improving or declining.
Identify common factors affecting multiple KPIs in the same scorecard.
Recommendation Engine
The Recommendation Engine provides AI-driven suggestions based on data patterns and best practices.
How to Use
Open the Analysis & Recommendations pod.
Select Recommendation Engine.
The AI will scan the available data and suggest improvements, such as:
"Consider increasing investment in X initiative for better results."
"Align this measure with strategic goal Y for stronger impact."
"This KPI is trending downward—review contributing factors."
Apply recommendations directly or refine them based on internal expertise.
You can also add these recommendations as Action Items to track in ClearPoint.
Example Use Cases:
Get AI-driven suggestions on where to allocate additional resources.
Ensure all initiatives align with top-level strategic objectives.
Identify why a particular measure is underperforming and get AI-recommended next steps.
Copy Edit My Text
The Copy Edit My Text feature refines written content for clarity, conciseness, and impact.
How to Use
Open a text field, such as a measure analysis, report summary, or initiative update.
Click on the Analysis & Recommendations pod.
Select Copy Edit My Text.
The AI Assistant will refine the text, improving grammar, readability, and structure.
Review and apply the suggested edits.
Example Use Cases:
Making KPI analysis more concise and professional.
Enhancing report summaries for better communication.
Improving initiative updates for clarity.
Analyze Data
The Analyze Data feature provides a deeper dive into ClearPoint data, identifying patterns and anomalies.
How to Use
Navigate to a scorecard, report, or measure you want to analyze.
Click on the Analysis & Recommendations pod.
Select Analyze Data.
The AI will generate a summary highlighting trends, correlations, and outliers.
Use the insights to refine your strategic decisions.
Example Use Cases:
Detect performance anomalies in key measures.
Identify underperforming departments or initiatives.
Compare current performance against historical data.
Summarize Data
The Summarize Data feature provides a high-level overview of key takeaways from an entire scorecard.
How to Use:
Navigate to a scorecard view.
Click on the Analysis & Recommendations pod.
Select Summarize Data.
The AI will generate a summary of the most important trends, performance highlights, and areas needing attention.
Example Use Cases:
Quickly understanding an organization’s overall performance.
Identifying top-performing and underperforming areas.
Preparing for leadership briefings with key insights.
Exception Report
The Exception Report feature pinpoints areas of concern across a scorecard, such as missed targets, downward trends, or stalled progress.
How to Use:
Open a scorecard in ClearPoint.
Click on the Analysis & Recommendations pod.
Select Exception Report.
The AI will highlight measures and initiatives that require immediate attention, with possible explanations.
Example Use Cases:
Quickly identifying KPIs that are off track.
Detecting stalled initiatives before they impact the strategy.
Highlighting major deviations from expected performance.
