ClearPoint Strategy

The AI Assistant simplifies the process of setting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). It provides tailored recommendations based on best practices and helps individuals and managers define measurable goals.

Navigate to AI Assistants in ClearPoint.

Choose between My OKRs, Individual OKRs, or Manager OKRs.

Follow the guided prompts to define clear objectives and corresponding key results.

The AI will generate OKRs based on your inputs. You can review and adjust them as needed.

Once you complete the OKRs, click to add Goals to ClearPoint. 

1. Navigate to AI Assistants in ClearPoint.
2. Choose between My OKRs, Individual OKRs, or Manager OKRs.
3. Follow the guided prompts to define clear objectives and corresponding key results.
4. The AI will generate OKRs based on your inputs. You can review and adjust them as needed.
5. Once you complete the OKRs, click to add Goals to ClearPoint.

How to Use the AI Assistant for Strategic Plans

Open the AI Assistants menu and select the type of scorecard that fits your organization:

- State Agency Scorecard
- University Scorecard
- Nonprofit Scorecard
- Energy Scorecard
- Healthcare System Scorecard

Answer AI-guided prompts about your strategy, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and initiatives (projects).

Review and refine the generated strategic plan.

Once you complete the plan, click to add to ClearPoint.
