You can control the number of rows displayed in measure data tables in your account to help reduce the size of detail pages in exports and scrolling through data tables in your account.
Setting the maximum number of rows in data tables
From the Control Panel click on System Settings
Select System Setup
Click on Organization and Security under Standard Features
Navigate to the Options tab
Use the Maximum number of rows to show in measure data tables dropdown menu to select the desired number
Once you are done with your changes, click Save
