ClearPoint allows Administrators to archive Scorecards, Reporting Periods, and Custom Fields. Discover how ClearPoint's Archiving Feature enhances usability, improves visibility, and offers flexible options for data management. Administrators also have the option to unarchive elements should they ever need to reference previously archived elements.

Archiving Scorecards

When a Scorecard is archived, it will be hidden from the manage scorecard view, and will not be included in any search results. This ensures that your analysis or reporting is based solely on active Scorecards, providing you with more accurate insights.

Please note that elements from archived Scorecards will not be factored into any search, summary report, linkage model, or calculation.

Archive a Scorecard

  • Select Elements & Reports from the Control Panel

  • Choose Scorecards

  • Click the Edit Pencil icon next to the Scorecard you are working with, in this example, ‘Airline acquisition’.

  • Navigate to the Edit Fields tab

  • Mark the checkbox next to Archived

  • Once you are done, click Save

Archiving Reporting Periods

When you archive Reporting Periods in ClearPoint, you ensure that your data tables and period selectors remain concise and organized. This means that only current data will be included in your calculations. Archiving can help you streamline your data management and keep your performance reporting accurate.
