ClearPoint allows you to choose from different pod visibility options, including how to hide pods from specific users or user groups, how to control pod visibility in online and print views, and how to publish pods with restricted visibility.

Editing Detail Page layouts

ClearPoint gives you a high amount of control and flexibility as far as who can see your information and when.

  • Select Scorecards & Elements from the Control Panel

  • Choose Manage Elements

  • Open Objectives

  • Select the Objective you are going to be working with, in this example, ‘Direct Routes’.

  • On the Objective Detail Page

  • Click on the dropdown menu next to the edit Pencil icon and select Edit Layout

  • Click on the edit Pencil icon next to the pod you want to edit, in this example, ‘Owner’.

  • Selecting Hide pod in print view hides the pod in PDF page exports and briefing books.

  • Selecting Hide pod in online view hides the pod when ClearPoint is in Presentation Mode.

  • Selecting Hide pod when published hides the pod when you publish your information online.

  • Select the most restricted type of user who can view the pod using the Hide pod by level dropdown menu. The default visibility by level is set so that all users (excluding no-access users) can view the pod. Repeat this for as many pods as necessary.

  • Once you are done with your changes, click Save

  • Please note that attachments included in published reports will be accessible to visitors of the page.

  • Please publish your sensitive information with caution!
