A Home Scorecard is the Scorecard where an Element is created and stored.

Select Scorecards & Elements from the Control Panel
Choose Manage Elements
Open Objectives
Select the Objective you are going to be working with, in this example, ‘Increase Shareholder Value’.
Click on the edit Pencil icon
Navigate to the Edit Fields tab
In the Scorecard dropdown menu, select the desired Home Scorecard.
Once you have selected the Scorecard, a window will appear informing that you will be taken to the new Home Scorecard after saving.
Once you are done, click Save
Notice the Objective now shows under the new Home Scorecard, in this example, 'Central Division'.
