In this article, you will learn how to add new Objectives and Key Results (OKR), link them to a specific element, and finally display an OKR in an Element Detail Page.
Add an OKR (Objective and Key Results)
Select Goals from the Control Panel
Choose By Individual
Click on the dropdown menu at the top right-hand side of your screen
Select Add Goal
Under Name, enter the new Goal name, for example, ‘Increase NPS by 12% EOY.’
Select an Owner from the dropdown menu
Use the dropdown menu to Select Period
Navigate to the Key Results tab
You will be prompted to Save to continue
Click on the Plus icon
Under Key Result Name, enter the new Goal name, for example, ‘Achieve an average NPS score of 85% month over month.’
Select the Data Type
Set a Start point and Target
Navigate to the Links tab
Click the Link Tag icon to create a new link
Select the Scorecard
Choose the Link Type
Mark the checkbox next to the element you wish to create a link
Click Save once you have selected the element
Once you are done with your changes, click Save
Add an OKR to an Element Detail Page
Select Scorecards & Elements from the Control Panel
Choose Manage Elements
Open Measures
Select the Measure you are going to be working with, in this example, ‘Customer Experience Survey’.
Click the dropdown menu next to the edit Pencil icon
Select Edit Layout
Locate Goals in the left panel
Click the Plus icon
Drag and drop Goals to the desired place
Once you are done, click Save
You are going to find OKRs added to the Measure Detail Page
