ClearPoint Strategy provides a goal-setting framework called OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) that helps organizations prioritize their goals. In this article, we will help you navigate Goals with ease.


My Goals (My OKRs)

  • Select Goals from the Control Panel

  • My Goals

    • My Goals will display all the OKRs assigned to the user

  • My Direct Reports

    • My Direct Reports will show all the users who report to you and their OKRs.

      • The manager must be assigned from the user profile

  • My Department

    • My Department will provide a view of any users in your department and their OKRs.

      • The department must be assigned from the user profile


Goals (OKRs)

  • Select Goals from the Control Panel

  • By Individual

    • By Individual will show a list of all users in the account with OKRs setup grouped by user.

  • By Manager

    • By Manager will display a list of all OKRs grouped by Manager.

  • By Department

    • By Department will show a list of all OKRs grouped by Department.

  • By Scorecard

    • By Scorecard will provide a list of all OKRs grouped by Scorecard based on what elements the OKRs are linked to.


Goal Trees (OKR Trees)

  • Select Goals from the Control Panel

  • By Individual

    • By Individual will show a tree breakdown based on the individual OKR.

  • By Manager

    • By Manager will display a tree breakdown based on the Manager grouping of OKRs.

  • By Department

    • By Department will show a tree breakdown based on the Department grouping of OKRs.

  • By Scorecard

    • By Scorecard will provide a tree breakdown based on the Scorecard grouping of OKRs.

Follow these steps to configure the Visibility of a Goal (OKR).

  • Select Goals from the Control Panel

  • Click on My Goals

  • Click on the three dots icon next to the Goal you are going to be working with

  • Select Edit Goal

  • Navigate to the Goal tab

  • Select the Visibility setting of your preference from the dropdown menu

  • Once you are done with your changes, click Save
