Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) are a popular Goal setting framework that will help you achieve your most important goals. ClearPoint makes it easy to create and track OKRs, so you can focus on what matters most.
Create a Goal with Key Results
From your Control Panel
Select Goals
Click on My Goals
Choose Add Goal from the dropdown menu at the top-right of your screen
Under Name, enter the new Goal name, for example, ‘Increase operational efficiency.’
Select an Owner from the dropdown menu
Choose a Period
Navigate to the Key Results tab
You will be prompted to Save your changes
Click on the Plus icon
Under Key Result Name, enter the new Key Result name, for example, ‘Decrease aircraft turnaround time by 20%.’
Select a Data Type
Set your Target
Click Save
Update a Goal
Select My Goals
Click the Expand icon to update a Goal
You will see a list of all the Key Results within the Goal
Update the Key Results by clicking the arrows or using the progress bar
Click the green check mark to Save your changes
