ClearPoint keeps a log of all changes made to your account in the Revision History

ClearPoint's Revision History feature provides a list of all changes made to your account, including timestamps indicating when the changes occurred, the users responsible for them, and the specific changes made.


Accessing Revision History

Administrators can view Revision History for the entire account. Revision History stores 120 days worth of entries in the application.

If you need to see further back in Revision History, please reach out to our support team at [email protected].

  • From your Control Panel

  • Click on Settings

  • Under Utilities select Revision History

  • Administrators can see the Revision History for the entire account

  • Click on the Excel export icon in the top right corner

  • This will export the last 10,000 logs.

  • Click on Generate

  • Users that are not Administrators can click on the Clock icon at the bottom of the screen

  • This will open their Personal Revision History


Filtering Revision History

Administrators can search and filter for changes in Revision History.
The Filters set in ClearPoint will hold in the Excel export.

  • Click on the Down arrow next to Search Revision History

  • This will expand the Filtering Options

  • You can filter by Scorecard, Element, User, Period, or Activity.


Undo Button

Revision History allows you to Undo changes in several situations. If the change can be undone, there will be an Undo Change Button.

  • Select an entry, in this example, ‘Measure.’

  • Click on Undo Changes

  • Confirm by clicking Apply
