Recalculating a measure ensures that all series calculations and evaluations are up to date. This article shows how to recalculate.


Recalculating a single Measure

  • Select Scorecards & Elements from the Control Panel

  • Choose Manage Elements

  • Open Measures

  • Select the Measure you are going to be working with, in this example, ‘Revenue’.

  • Choose Recalculate Measure from the dropdown menu

  • Click Recalculate to confirm

When the recalculation is complete, a message will appear confirming that the Measure has been recalculated.


Recalculating a Scorecard

  • Select Scorecards & Elements from the Control Panel

  • Choose Manage Elements

  • Open Scorecards

  • Mark the checkboxes next to the Scorecards you want to recalculate

  • Choose Recalculate from the dropdown menu

When the recalculation is complete, a message will appear confirming that the Scorecard has been recalculated.
