Recalculating a measure ensures that all series calculations and evaluations are up to date. This article shows how to recalculate.
Recalculating a single Measure
Select Scorecards & Elements from the Control Panel
Choose Manage Elements
Open Measures
Select the Measure you are going to be working with, in this example, ‘Revenue’.
Choose Recalculate Measure from the dropdown menu
Click Recalculate to confirm
When the recalculation is complete, a message will appear confirming that the Measure has been recalculated.
Recalculating a Scorecard
Select Scorecards & Elements from the Control Panel
Choose Manage Elements
Open Scorecards
Mark the checkboxes next to the Scorecards you want to recalculate
Choose Recalculate from the dropdown menu
When the recalculation is complete, a message will appear confirming that the Scorecard has been recalculated.
